  • Truly apart?

Do you ever go thru days and wonder if you fit in at all?

You go to church and there are a ton of age groups...except you..you are officailly one of a kind. You go to the store, and there are hundreds of people all around you. Some look nice, some look scary and some are just walking thru with their heads in the clouds....like you..... But yet you aren't apart of any of them. They don't notice you and honestly there aren't any that catch your eye either.

Some days I go and I see moms and babies, crying or happy, people sad, people happy...

Stock people in the middle of the night;) HI BRIAN:) ( we have done that on several occasions when we wanted a new release movie  )

Anyone else ever go thru life not seeing it? maybe it's a blonde turned brunette thing

    Sorry...deep train of thought.....maybe not deep......sleep deprived......whatever....cya later;)

    The Soldier's Wife

There, two stand in the door,
And embrace for one last time.
War has called one far away to fight,
And the other to fight at Home.

One will fight on a Sandy Plain,
    Far across the Sea,
She will fight on the home front,
Facing battles as great as He.

For the Soldier's wife is a Soldier too,
    With battles daily to meet.
For staying at Home is almost as hard
    As fighting across the sea.

She is home, but she is not
Though busy her day will be,
A part of her heart is with her man,
In the sandy place across the sea.

She fights for courage to hope,
And for strength to keep going on
    When she seems all alone-
And time seems so very long.

Battles to smile, battles to laugh
    When tears began to run,
For the memories made in years past,
    Before the war had begun.

She has more to face than most,
    For the future is unknown.
    And praying, longing, she waits
For her man to come home.

Hey you all...Just remember to keep our guys and their families in your prayers. They are over there

in all different places keeping you and I safe. i have been really burdened for them this week, and I stumbled

across this tonight while looking at something completely different. Think about them whenever you see your Dad,

husband or son or brother coming thru the door! Use that as your reminder to pray for our solders!

  •  I DISCOVERED SOMETHING THIS MORNING!!!!

    I have brown hair!

( LIke, as in when did that happen?  )

  • Do you just EVER have those kinda days?

First starters...It all started at 5:15 this morning! So, that in itself

(For those of you who don't know me very well, I don't dig mornings  )

Met up with Laura for breaksfast...That was nice, but was feeling a little yuck...

Went to speech class....Dad took over my job

    ( YAH for Dads! )

Halfway thru speech class, about the time I am trying to decide the best way to talk Mom into letting me go back to bed the minute I get home...The cell phone goes off...IN the middle of class  LOL

So, Anyway, it was my precious "boss" ( she's an adopted aunt :) ) needed me to take over her job at 9:30am ( it's now around 8 am ) was I available? So, yeah, I wasn't doing anything, so I should do it! I like being there for them when they need something last minute so......Off I go at 9:30

It all went really smoothly, I just hadn't expected to work..You know that feeling of: No plans, but you still had plans? Ok, that made no sense......I had NOTHING to do of importance, but I had wanted to be with  my babies and family since I am going to be gone all weekend again.

After a nap, a little bit of an attitude problem  , and then ALOT of apologies  We got everything workd out and I think my family likes me again

So, signing off, your crazy friend with issues,

    Jess

    Cya'll soon!

  • The snow in Montana was three feet high
The lady at the counter said: There ain't no flights
And so he called her on the telephone
He said: I'll rent a car and I'll drive home

And she said: I'll wait for you
    Like I did last year
At Christmas time with your family here
And your truck broke down out in San Antone
And the gifts stayed wrapped until you got home
    Oh, this ain't nothin' new
    Sweetheart, I'll wait for you

Now he's on his cell phone in a Coupe Deville
Talkin' to the one he loves and always will
His heart is breakin' 'cause she's there alone
Her heart is achin' 'cause she wants him home
She says: I'll wait for you like in '68
When our child was due, but I said, he'll have to wait
Until his dad gets here and stands by my side
Remember, Dear, our son's first cry
    Oh, this ain't nothin' new
    Sweetheart, I'll wait for you

He didn't stop all day to eat a bite
And he finally got there around midnight
The doctor said, she's in a better place
She said to give this you this note just in case

And it said, I'll wait for you at Heaven's gate
Oh, I don't care how long it takes
And I'll tell Saint Pete I can't come in
Without my love and my best friend
    Oh, this ain't nothin' new
    Sweetheart, I'll wait for you
    P.S. I love you, too
    Sweetheart, I'll wait for you

I think this song is sweet:)

I am done with all my insane adventures I think;) and am enjoying getting

back to normal life:) I have been snuggling with babies and all sorts of stuff:)

Have you ever thought about what a blessing kids are? They accept you for who you are, are wonderful at discerning peoples characters, and are overall joys! When the " adults" around me get really annoying I always know I can go play with a kid and I will be happy again! They never expect more than you can give:) They may want it but they forget easily;) And overall, they just love you for who you are!

So, this is my post for kids! You guys are AWESOME!!!!!!

  • Two Major things are taking place in my life!!!!

    1. THE FLY IN IS OVER!!!!!!YAH!!!!!!

    2. I AM NOT IN LOVE OR "INVOLVED".....

I just love the colors pink and gray together! And as to the Love....is patient at the top heading.....It's been an on going sego of sermons at our church! Ya'll think out of the "love" box
